Dose the coast guard have any aircraft carriers?

i was wondering if they would use the old style from ww2 for helicopters and search and rescue airplanes.

I know that some of the cutters have chopper landing pads on the rear but nothing as big as an aircraft carrier. There is no need for them to have such a large ship. Think of all the crew you would need just to keep it running.
