An AK47. It is the most acurate semi autos. And it is also easy to maintain. |

Firearms? If the end of the world is near, why would you want a gun if you're going to die anyway? Does stupidity know any limits??? |

my dad's old 12 guage and my 270, pistols are useless.
but if the zombies are at the shopping center, I'll need to pick up my own reloading press. |

AK-47. It's been the king of the battlefield for almost 60 years, and very low maintenance. |

I'm already as is I have a M-1 carbine and a 30 carbine ruger revolver and a 22 cal ruger revolver for plinking. My weapons are lite powerful enough and very easy to clean. My weapons are extremely reliable no jams in 10 years of shooting usually 1,000 rounds a year. So you keep your fancy toys I'll stick with what's practical for a civilian to own. |

A pump 12-guage shotgun and .30/06 bolt action rifle. Good for long and short range work. Protection and food gathering, because it's only the end of the world as we know it. |

Not telling what I have.
I'll just say I'm prepared. |

I'm sticking with my bow. 45# recurve. Much easier to make or recover arrows, and just as useful in roughly half the situations. |

Canadian Diemaco version of the M16 with the grendade launcher as used by the SAS. |

Shot gun for close range, and I would like a M240B for a rifle, I love those machine guns, 7.62 mm fully automatic...
and an AK isnt accurate at all. just easy to maintain |

If I had to pick just one, I'd say the M4 carbine. It's small enough to be used in tight situations, but also fairly accurate at a distance. I have experience with it, and parts and ammo would be plentiful in my area. |

I have 2 pistols, rifles have too much of a "kick" but if it is the end of the world? Am I having to defend myself? I'd get a rifle, more bang for the buck. |

The end of the world has been near ever since the first human became conscious of both his death and a future. Assuming for the sake of argument, though, that the end of the world is near, I would not bother with a firearm. What would be the point? |
