For the air force what day is the pt fitness test on in week 7?

The BMT Physical Fitness Test takes place at the end of week seven. This means Friday of your seventh week. However, it's reccomended that you be in some sort of shape when yo leave for basic. You're recommended to have the ability to do the following prior to leaving.

2 mile run: 19:16
1.5 mile run: 13:45
Push-Ups: 34
Sit-Ups: 38
