My buddy was discharged because he was mentally unfit, he re enlisted 6 months later without a problem.
Was an E6 at the time, now he's a W1

yes i have. I got out back in 1990 during the start of the Gulf War and got into a big tiff with my section ssg. at that time. Long story short is that i got out with a personality disorder on my 214, and to get back in to present day Army i had to get a psychological eval with a civilian doctor and a bunch of waivers at the MEPPS station. But it can be done.
