Yes. Adultery is punishable under the UCMJ, though it is usually left to the comander's discretion. If his wife wants to push the issue, he could get into trouble. |

Yeah, humm it's called adultery & it is punishable under UCMJ, but it really depends on his chain of command. |

A blank!

The military has an additional set of laws called the Uniform Code of Military Justice or UCMJ. Adultery is punishable under UCMJ and I have seen it happen before. It is up to his Commander really unless his ex-wife really wants to press the issue. They will most likely dock half his pay and demote him. His wife will get the other half of his money. And you will get what is left. Nothing. |

if it comes out that he committed adultery (regardless if they were "separated" or not, he can get in trouble. If his ex wants to she can make an issue of it. |

If someone finds out and tells his command, the decision is solely up to them. I am not sure how it works in the A.F, but my husband is a marine, and if they get caught on adultery, they can go to the brig, get demoted, or get a dishonorable discharge. It could be the same in the air force. |

umm i don't think so.. but if he's married and he's your boyfriend you should probably dump him. that's so wrong. |

He should not have gotten involved with you while he was married and you should not have gotten involved with him. Not a nice thing to do. |

His wife will probably be upset. You may be able to sue for child support.
Did you know he was not going to marry you when you slept with him? |

He can get in trouble for committing adultery. If he was still married it does not matter what he was telling you, he was married, period. |

Yes. Adultery is punishable in the military. Article 134 applies because he was married at the time of the offense. Not only can his wife use this information, but if the military were to find out, they can charge him. The fact that he is no longer married has no bearing. He can receive punishment for something small like forfeiting pay, to confinement and/or dishonorable discharge for bringing discredit upon the armed forces. |

Definately! Ahhwwwooowwwooo. My brother almost got in a lot of trouble for a way past due loan. Then he didn't pay his government travel card in time. ANd, he started dating a girl that was already married. You get into a lot of trouble and kicked out of the airforce for that!!?!!!!! |

Doubt it. Divorce rates are fairly high in the armed forces |
