My fiance wants to join the army but hes over the weight limit and we are not sure about the body percentage but I'm sure hes WAY over that as well what can I do to help him lose the weight so he can join the army like he wants to ?

I think don't quote me on this I remember it being around no more than 20% body fat. Sensible dieting and an hour or so of moderate exercise 4-5 times a week. I cant give you any specific advice you really need to seek a doctors opinion on a weight loss and exercise program not yahoo answers. |

You can take the easy way out and use liposuction, but that would cost much money. A less expensive way is to get some useful equipment or the nearest gym and start exercising there. You could also just simply run around at least twenty minutes a day (believe me, it works) If he likes to do any sports like basketball or baseball, you should let him play it for a while because it burns calories and fat WHILE you're running. Also make sure you know the spots that make him most heavy and work on burning the fat there, it helps lose a lot of weight. Just make sure that he is active and eating healthy foods like salad or low-grease meat. |

Make him gain as much weight as possible because if you're going to join any military branch join the marines because they get all the respect and girlz .... but seriously don't let him join the army |
