How can i get a unsposered AKO account?

i have a sponsered account and it now said that i am eligable for an unsponsered AKO account, only problem is that the little popup for that doesnt show up anymore. how do i get to change it myself because the popup at the login doesnt come up anymore?

You have to contact the Help desk. You can do it by one of a couple ways

I was going to be a smart a-- and say "Join the Army, that's how I got mine."
My real answer is, I don't think you can upgrade it yourself. It is supposed to upgrade automatically, at least for certain types of upgrades.
You probably need to call the AKO helpdesk. You can find the number on the site, it just takes a while.
If you can't find it, email me, and I'll get it for you on Monday (I have it on a sticky note on my desk).
