Walk/Jog/Run a certain distance to burn calories and consume less calories. Drink Coke Zero instead of regular Coke. For someone who drinks a lot of Coke this can be a significant reduction in daily caloric intake. Walking or running a certain distance essentially burns the same number of calories, because it requires the same number of movements of the large leg muscles. Running or walking under a gravity load as when running or walking up a hill or climbing stairs will increase the number of calories expended to go a certain distance due to the effects of having to overcome gravity. Running as opposed to walking increases cardiovascular fitness but it does not really increase the number of calories burned over the same distance. Any exercise that causes movement of the large leg muscles will burn the most calories.
Eating higher fiber foods can also help because it takes more calories to digest them and the energy contained within the food is less fully utilized.
In addition the more muscle one builds, especially in the legs, will also increase the metabolism, because moving more muscular legs will require more caloric energy, even if only getting up to go to the refrigerator to get a celery stick to snack on.

6 percent is a lot im 10 percent body fat right now and going under 6 or 7 is dangerous, but dont let that discourage you, all you need to do is run, run run, run, run, run, never stop running, run from gas station to gas station if you want, drinking from water fountians and buying protein bars with low fat. Do that every day except sunday or saturday for as long as you can, no less than an hour. You'll lose weight faster than you can read all this.

Eat a box of X lax, drink a gallon of grapefruit juice and walk as much as possible around the ship. Stay close to the head.

Diet and exercise.

The only way to lose weight, is to burn more calories than you eat.

There are no short cuts.

Things NOT to eat:

Soda
Fast Food
Pre packaged foods
Chips, snack cracker
Cake, ice cream, candy

It took you years to put the weight on, its gonna take months to take it off.

Work out every day. Run 5 miles a day if you can, and do push ups! and lots of more push ups! Eat healthy. Get pleanty of protien and eat lots of salads.

Go jogging with a garbage bag on and a gallon of water. to relax take a 15 minutes sauna no more than 30 minutes. do that for a week eating broiled chicken and tuna fish.

don't go running with a garbage bag on...you just dehydrate yourself.

the only way to lose that much fat is to get your heart in that zone for your age. do that with lots of excercise - by lots i mean an hour or more a day. and consume less calories.
