What a great question....or, for that matter, any child of a U S Senator, or maybe even (I don't know if this is accurate) a child of a member of the House. I'll bet none of them is in harms way.

He's HOLDING OFF till Bill Clinton tosses Chelsea Clinton into the service. This may take some time since last time they checked Chelsea was pursuing the same Military Path her Father did That being RUNNING to CANADA to Piss and Moan. Keep watching the News and see when Chelsea returns for her tour of Duty. Right after that the Bush twins will be signing up.

Because the Bush twins don't want to die for oil or their father for that matter. Also because he can not force them to. But if the draft was instated then many males would be forced to. I find it hard to believe that we try to impeach a president for infidelity but praise one who sends our loved ones to be killed for oil and for G.W to be able to have a one up on his father. (ie, catching Saddam)

President Bush was a military fighter jet pilot serving honorably and risking his life on flight missions. His daughters are grown women who make their own decisions. A parent can't force anyone over 18 to do anything.

Two things.

1) No-one is allowed to throw their children into military service. It is done by choice and free will, and when people are old enough to make their own decisions.

2) It is an act of congress that the children of a sitting president cannot serve in a war zone.

The President's girls have the same rights as any other American, and if they don't want to join the Military, they don't have to. You want to be forced to join the Military, or have your loved ones forced to join? His daughter's have no say in what their dad does, and his decisions for this country aren't their fault or responsibility.
