you know im not sure!sometimes the government don't want us to panic and so they don't tell us anything.there are NO nuclear weapons in iraq!we found that out a long time ago.but you see,we americans love our pride,like the pearl harbor.but in my opinion bush just wants to show off.its either that or hes just really stupid enough to kill our troops.

Golly gee! The fact that they are in a war zone might just have a bearing on percentages! Are you one of those who has been gleefully ticking off the numbers until we hit the magic 50, 100, 1500, ...? Contrary to what you hear from the major media, we're not doing too badly. Also, they Will only walk the "Walk of Shame," if they are treated like dirt by their fellow Americans. If they receive decent treatment, they will have nothing of which to be ashamed. Remember, they are volunteers, and soldiers don't have a lot of say over where they are sent. Their cause, like Vietnam, is noble. History will judge if it was worth it.

There are people out there, like my sister for example, that absolutely have no interest with what goes on outside her "world" of family, Church, and work. If it doesn't effect her she doesn't want to be bothered.

When 9/11 hit she didn't even know! There was an attempted abduction of a young grade school student at my sisters daughters school, and she didn't even know until I called her!
She is so involved within her "fantasy world-everybody safe and happy world" that she doesn't read the paper or watch the news that she plain told me that she doesn't care!

How poeple can be like this I have no clue?

And yes, I agree, we ARE facing another Vietnam in Iraq! How is the President going to get out of this one?
