As in, it was awhile ago, but some people took over a theatre in Russia, and Russia sent in troops and just opened fire in the theatre, killing terrorists and their own people alike. It was ruthless, but it got the job done.
why aren't we in the west like that when it comes with "we don't negotiate with terrorists"?
