What are the necessary steps to forming a pmc (private military company)? Such as...
-Where would you find a company willing to support with supplies drops and other necessary items?
-How would you start the company?
-What course in college's would I take to build a pmc?

Stuff like that. -Additional question: What is the limit before a pmc would be considered unreasonable to use? (such as when Xe (blackwater) shot civilians)
