Now Now boys.... Army vs Marine will always be an infamous argument but the reality is.... Marine or Army, your all soldiers. You are all fighting for the same purpose and therefore civilians like me are proud no matter which branch you serve for. I am a Law Enforcement Officer and I stand aside men and women of all branches none of which better then the other. So play nice gentlemen and remember how proud you have made your country. |

Seen as ships can carry tanks, helicopters, jets and smaller boats marines would have longer/harder training how to use it so I guess they had a lot of weaponry and knowledge to use it and there was a lot of them they would just be better on the ground as well.
But hell army has soldiers, Marines have soldiers on boats and Air force has soldiers in aircrafts. |

Really? So they were the first into Baghdad? Chosen to make the wide sweep around Iraq in the 1st Gulf War? Can deploy 12,000 troops by parachute anywhere in the world in 18 hours from notice? Were the 1st into Afghanistan's rough terrain after 9-11?
