How do I go about become a Navy Rescue Swimmer!!!?

I enlisted into the navy for 4 years as an AO(avation ordananceman) I am bound for bootcamp in November 3rd im trying to get that pushed up but with the navy being over manned its very hard. But I was researching being a SAR but can't find much. Do anyone have an idea how do I become one, what do they do, do I get an advancement for being one, is there a bonus, what does the training consist of, is it hard, and any more info that you may think I need to know will be helpful

Miscellaneous

You have to be able to tread water for 2 hours- without drowning if possible. All I know is...you have to be an extremely strong swimmer not only for your own life, but the person you may potentially be saving.
