I feel that this was a bad decision. Guantanamo Bay is a place for CRAZY killers like they just don't give a !@#!@. It is beyond prisons and those who kills for no reason should be sent there. Death penalty should be Guantanamo bay. We are now going to witness something more violent in the future.

I hate the idea because they have no idea what the heck they are going to do with them, it's already been proven that some that have been released have gone back to the taliban and killed innocent people so no I am not on board with closing Gitmo

It's already proving to be a BAD idea. There have already been several cases where they joined terrorist cells after being released.

Where are they going to go? Back to Al-Qaida? I think they all need to be hung. But there are to many yellow belly's in this world to allow that. If this was a hundred years ago believe me they all would be dead right now.

it's not good, it will come back to haunt us, these are dangerous criminals and they need to be kept away, but if nothing else, perhaps
it will be good for us if these same people who get released come and attack america again, that may be the only thing that will wake up all those sleeping obama supporters to what a huge mistake they made by electing him.

Get your mommy to find a news item on this topic and explain to you what it says. He's not setting them free -- except those found not to be criminals. People who have morals oppose incarcerating the innocent.

I feel good that President Obama has taken steps to initiate the closing of Guantanamo Bay Prison as those prisoners have been kept there without due process in violation of our laws and International laws. These violations have only increased danger to us and fed the hatred towards us. A great enlistment tool for the terrorists.
I do not believe they are being released. Their cases will be reviewed. Many have already been found to be innocent but are being refused entrance by other countries. This is where our State Department will come in.
Others will go on trial, but it will be criminal trial, as it should have been all along. The actions of the previous administration did more to ruin our way of life than the terrorist ever did.
