Yes you get ACU's, boots..everything you would get from active duty you get in the National guard. one of the biggest differecne thing is you can exchange your ACU's boots, where in the Active duty you have to pay for ACU's, boots. |

It depends on the unit. I loved my national guard unit, it made me want to go active so I could be in the Army every day.
They do supply you with all the uniforms and equipment you will need.
The National Guard is part time...until they activate you to go to Iraq or Afghanistan. |

Same thing, just one weekend a month unless you go AGR or ADSW. |

Yes, your guard unit will provide with with uniforms and what have you. They'll even usually add to your initial issue from basic once you return (ie: they issued me the cold weather Gore-Tex tops and bottoms, even more boots, another set of ACU's, and some TA-50 for drills). However, what they issue you and how much depends on your unit. |
