I am a Male 15 years old about 5'11'' feet tall and i weigh about 199 pounds i wanna get in shape i am right now jogging 2 miles every other day doing 4 sets of 15 push ups and 4 sets of 20 sit up and swimming constantly

my bootcamp is in july and this is waht im doing to get in shape. im on a running program at www.runnersworld.com and for push ups go to onehundredpushups.com as for abs i do leg raises and sit ups tel i cant do anymore. |

lets see you have to run a 1.5 miles in 10:30, do 65 situp's in 2 min and 55 pushups in 2 min. that is the min requirments, but there are other requirments for different jobs once you are in. Ask a recruiter about those. |
