my fiance just joined the military. i was in but got out and told her basic was hard and it would be for the first couple of weeks. that they have to break you down then build you up. well she's having a real hard time with it and can't handdle it at all. She wants out and i'm telling her to be strong and just hang in there, but she wants out. she doesn't want it anymore. so how do i help. please help me. i have always been there for her and i just don't know what to do now. thanks

just keep telling her to finish other wise if they do kick her or him out they will be there even longer because they are in no hurry to process any one out, so what started as few months could end up taking twice as long, once she is finished it is about a million times easier to go with the flow |

Don't do anything-let the Drill Sergeant adjust her attitude.
Last thing she should be doing is calling home and getting home-sickly. Let the Army take care of her |

forget the other replys about being gay or what ever, she signed a contract and held up her right hand to take a oath.It is only sixteen weeks of eighty to ninety years of her life, then guess what ? the world is hers to see and behold for three short years. She may be immature but this will change in life, dont make a mistake and say what if the rest of your life. Would you want to explain to your friends and children the rest of your life that your not gay or couldnt handle the stress |

So you flunked out but you want her to stay in so you can be a dependent and get the benefits without the risks.
Since you failed to make it as a military person, I doubt you would be much better as a spouse to a military person. She should just quit and you two can go be liberal civilians together. |

All she has to do is go to the commander and tell them she wants out, BUT it will be dishonorable and stay on her record forever. Dishonorable discharges can ruin your life. They can stop you from getting jobs and loans and even into college. |
