Eat right, get your body fat within standards.. run, run, run.. Do some eight count bodybuilders, jumping jacks, push-ups, sit ups and pull ups whenever you have free time.. at least 1 set a day of 40 of each, max of 3 sets a day 40 each... giving your body a 1 day rest period, or 2 days a weeks. so workout 2 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on, 1 day off.. Start learning now to pay attention to the small details of everyday tasks, be motivated, think about your bad habits, talking with your hands, making faces at someone when you don't like what they say. Eat right!! Motivate yourself, and study any materials your recruiter gives you. I may be a Navy Boot Camp Instructor, but we all do things basically the same no matter the branch, and trust me, we are very observant. You want us to know your name for being motivated and fit, not sloppy and slow. |
