First you need to take over a small country so you can train and equip your army without outside interference.
Then you need to hire the dregs of the earth and promise them everything.
Then you build a doomsday bomb and threaten the U.N. with it.

Oh, and sharks with freakin laser beams, you'll need lots of them.

First, find a way to get rid of the present bully-government.

Second, do the same things the government you destroyed did, so you could become even more bloated.

Third, set up a surefire system of identifying and monitoring communications, purchases, travel and employment. This will make it easy to quell dissent before it gets unmanageable.

Fourth, never give a speech without mentioning freedom, God and families. Have plenty of bright, crisp flags behind you, whenever there are cameras.

Fifth, get schools, religions and businesses in on the act, so that tyranny becomes fully supported by popular demand, from cradle to grave.

Sixth, merge all nations into one, use stealth biotics in food, drugs and chemtrails. And chip all survivors...and then take off the gloves.

Remember: People love a good fight, and surprises.

hmm well first if you are all about peace why the army?
and why by force which is what your little question implies.
also that would be one massive army to take over the world
Hitler wanted to do a lot of the same things you listed and look how he turned out
also peace cannot come out after a world wide bloodbath that would take many years
plus your soldiers just cant merge back into the PEACEFUL society after fighting for so long
and lastly i am a member of an armed force here in the states and even i know you will never get rid of gangs since no matter what the army, navy, marines, air force and ETC are essentially a gang

what sort of a silly question is that .

Why an army? Why don' t you start with volunteers to do the very things you promised, but start in your own neighborhood? That is a movement that may sweep over the whole world and change things for the better.

Sounds like you do not want to dominate the world, it sounds like you want to stop the warmongers from fighting and let people be free to make choices in their lives.

I recommend that you join the US ARMY, make rank, maybe become a General, then run for President. When you get elected you will have the Army an other forces.
