If you end up being unhappy with your job rating in the Coast Guard, what is the process like to change it? such as a BM to ME or LE or other way around LE to BM..thanks

Generally, you have to have less than five years' total service, you have to have completed all obligated service from your current rating's "A" School (if any), your rating has to be at full strength, and the rating you wish to affiliate with has to be short. Now, that's generally. . .
