Hw lucky is britain to still have the gurkahs willing to fight for us?

i know the problem of immigration has been rightfully solved but i cant help but think how lucky we are to have such loyal and tough soldiers in the british army why is this?

Why is this? Well, they can join the Nepalese army if they like, but Britain pays better, and they get better benefits, lets face it.

Replying to meee's ignorant comment, I dont think the ugly cows English is good enough to understand what your saying. "Without immigrant there would be no doctors for you people." How is this true? Last time I checked immigrants couldn't get a doctors job in the NHS, without a work permit.

The British army has always used mercenaries. There are large numbers of Fijians and Ghanaians also serving in the Army. It was always thus.

They get paid a wage that is much higher than any they could get in their own country. they are not volunteers. they are no better than our own soldiers.

I agree these brave men once fought against us and were so impressed with our battle skills they volunteered to join a army and what do we do treat them really sh***y!
We didn,t enslave as the young lady things, our ancestors made mistakes in the past and our goverment is still doing it now immigration has nothing to do with this matter we should class these brave men as British as soon as they sign up.

they are only 2000 out of total strengh of about 100,000 they dont do any fighting ( no casualties in N Ireland ) I dont feel very lucky- they should be kicked in the backside and told if they want our living standards to get off their a---s and develop their country rather than spong off someone elses.
