I Love George Bush!?
Find answers to your legal question.

I Love George Bush!?

Of course, I try to love all humans.

My question is though, would it be better to pull out of Iraq, then watch the collapse of the Iraqi government that would tear that country apart and result in mass killings on an unimaginable scale, then send our troops BACK in to help establish an actual working government OR send in more troops in hopes that we can protect and If we increase our support at this crucial moment and help the Iraqis break the current cycle of violence, we can hasten the day our troops begin coming home while realizing that there will be MORE casualities from both countries.

What I'm NOT asking you is to tell me how wrong I am for being a Bush supporter. What I want is your OWN opinion relating to the question I posted above.

BTW, we have no way of really knowing which stragedy would cause more casualities (sp).

Dr. Fine.... You've never lied?

Summer Breeze....thumbs up!

Iron Sheik... I wish everyone agree with you. There would NEVER have been any wars if that were the case.

shrty0525... umm, darlin' that's not my idea on how to fix the problem, that was Bushes. read the link I posted.

Michael... do you have a voice of your own or are you repeating something you heard somewhere else. That's been done already. Thanks.

Lola.. YESSSSSSSSSSS!!! Worrying about the future of country means I am lonely. How did you ever guess?!

Mr Mojo Risin
We have no other choice other than send in more troops and hope that this will stabilize the country. I think there have been some promising developements in the country over the past couple of days. The Iraqi government has shown signs of fighting militants, both Sunni and Shiite. It is the first time since the ousting of Saddam that violence was being stopped regardless of sectarian beliefs. It shows for the first time that the majority Shiite government can preserve the rights of the Sunni minority. Hopefully, this step in the right direction will lead the general Sunni population to turn on their own radical fundamentalists.

Finally people who actually support him. How can people say that he is so wrong, would they be able to make the decision if they were in his position?

I love President Bush, too! :)

Personally, I think we should get the job done now, while we're already there. That's not to say we'll be able to establish absolute peace in the Middle East, but if we can at least get the situation a little more under control now, it might help to avoid future conflicts.

I think we have to stay there and boost the support to finish the war. If we pull out now then Iraq will fall and it will get to a point that we will have to go back in and when we do it will be far worse than it is now and our troops will be more at risk.

?
I love Bush as well...

Whether we support Bush or not, it's our trrops we need to think about -- Now is the time to bring them home.

Iraq is in a civil war. American is NOT responsible for Civil Wars.

Let them fight it out, and then we can roll in there in 5 years and buy up all the real estate, like we normally do after a war . . .

It's not that you are wrong. The problem is that Bush isn't listening to his generals. Before the war, Gen. Shinsheki recommended hundreds of thousands of troops would be needed to fight the war, destroy the army, and then occupy and pacify Iraq. Instead of listening to a highly decorated combat veteran who was well respected in the military, the administration forced him to retire when he wouldn't change his estimate. Fast forward. Bush's generals are telling him by letting the Iraqi army get disbanded it will lead to civil strife and guerilla war. He didn't listen. Fast forward again. His generals are telling him that 21,000 troops are not going to be enough. What does he do? Authorizes 21,000 troops to Baghdad. And yes, it will cause more casualties. These troops are going to be directed to deploy in house to house fighting that would be far more successful under the Powell Doctrine (massive overwhelming force-Powell was not listened to either). He's not wrong because he's incompetent. He's wrongg because he doesn't listen. he's not a poor leader because he leads in the wrong direction. He's a poor leader because he doesn't know when to defer judgement to people who know more than him.

I love Bush too and I agree with your comments. We have the chance to finish it this year. Why not try?

Yes. It is better to deal with Iraq now while our troops are over there. To pull out like the libs want, then having to send our troops there a second time is totally pointless. If we did pull out like the libs want, then we'd most certainly have to redeploy our troops back over there again 'cause the job would be left unfinished and unsettled. We have to stick with the here and now and finish the job. We can't leave until the country can stabilize itself, the Iraqi troops being trained so they can handle things on their own and the Iraqi government is able to take control. Until there is success in those arenas, we have to deal with the present situation and do what's best for the Iraqi people and their country. Bush is a great president and I stand behind him all the way! I'm not a 'quitter' as are the liberals.

I respect him as Our President
Your question sounds personal on top and political underneath
On the personal he is not popular OK I'm not popular either
I'm not sending Our troops out when we have a million Homeland Problems That Go Unsolved Daily...
You see we are playing policeman to the worlds troubles when our troubles are troubles enough.
He is Our President and if he feels he can solve the worlds problems with more troops We have to support him and support the War and Pray For Us All...That God will Bless US!

I won't attack your love of President Bush...My grandmother is just in love with him, so I don't despise you like some of the loony bins on the Left; however, I don't know if the cycle can be broken. I have spoken with friends of mine who work Intel in Iraq, and they tell me, that the country needs a strong arm to force and maintain peace in the country.

What we need to realize, as Americans, is that sometimes facing a tough reality is necessary. I know Bush, seems like someone who you would love to have an Odul's with, but when it is costing this nation dearly and putting us further into debt, you have to step back and say, "Mr. President, you brought back dignity to the White House; don't let this drag you down!"

Trying to establish "Peace in the Middle East" has always resulted in increased violence. It is a dead cliche and perhaps the best way to avoid wars is not to fight them.

If you've ever played risk you'll notice that the middle east is always a fractured warzone in the middle of the board.

Lola
Lonely out there?

icv93
I very dislike Bush, he has done nothing more than caused debt to us and has troops dying for a use-less war.

The invasion of Iraq will turn out to be the biggest blunder of the 21st century. It's too late now to turn back and it's too late to go forward. Bush's legacy will be chaos for years to come.

I respect your reasonable approach to supporting President Bush. However, he has proven himself to be a liar and therefore, I do not trust him.

What I am NOT saying is for you to tell me how wrong I am for having my OWN opinion based on physical evidence that most George W Bush supporters continue to ignore.

Yep. Bush has done the best job that can be done.

I don't agree with your idea of how to fix this however...sorry.
