I would love to be a loadmaster on a plane. ANG and AFR is out of the question. Next step would be the Navy.

age waivers are seldom granted unless in High need areas such as professionals: Doctor, Nurse, Chaplain, Lawyer.

probably not. They set those limits for saftey resons, not just for you but for every one... and insurance purposes.

There's no harm in asking a recruiter, but I would not hope for much. Age waivers are not that common.
