We usually use it for gas and he uses it for uniform items too, but since he's gone, can I just use it? I have no interest in getting my own card BTW.

Doesn't it just have a card swipe at the pump anyhow? Not like there's someone there checking ID's to pump gas.
You could probably swipe my card at the pump and no one would notice... lol |

But it can depend on the POA, just because you have one doesn't necessarily mean you have access to all the accounts. He can add you very easily as an authorized user then you do not have to worry about it at all. |

You should be able to. I have a star card and my husbands name isn't on the account. He can still use it to get gas. All you have to really do is pay at the pump and they don't have to look at your ID card. |

If the PX will accept the power of attorney you have then yes, considering that there are multiple POAs. Or you can simply pay at the pump since they don't check ID there. I would recommend you talk to your husband first to make sure you don't go over the limit. |
