I am clueless about the army...trying to find fiance's CO?

My fiance is in the army, and Im trying to find him, and I ended up calling his dad (though i didnt want to) and he told me he'll call his "unit" to see whats going on. So yeah the dad I dont think will tell me much, he doesnt want us together....yada yada. How can I find his CO's number/email or something, because Im really worried about my fiance, hes not deployed, he was sent to the hospital for too much alcohol in his system, and i really want to talk to him about somethings thats just suddenly come up. and would they tell me, his fiance, where hes at, or anything? I know im not legally married, but I mean, Im so worried now.

calling the CO will do exactly NOTHING.. one as a fiance you do NOT exist to the military and are NOT entitled to know anything.
2 Privacy issues would prevent the military from even telling a spouse or parent if the Servicemember didn't want them knowing.
your only recourse is a Red Cross Message. you will need his name social security number and last known location. the ARC will track him down and let him know you are looking for him..maybe. they may not do it since you are not married. If they will ALL they will do is tell him, they will NOT tell you anything other than the message was delivered and they CANNOT force him to contact you. |

No, they will not release ANY info to you at all. Being that you aren't married yet, you aren't considered family. If he's in the hospital or under medical care, he has access to a phone. He has a way of calling you, just to let you know. |
