actually it is probably worse...and in fact most people i have met in rotc become officers...which makes it almost impossible to become an army sniper. since most snipers are enlisted.

Actually it will pretty much guarantee you will never go to the sniper school.

Snipers are enlisted soldiers.

ROTC earns you a commission.

not even remotely. you still need to qualify on your own merits. being an Officer will not help at all.
