the problem is they claim i hid my arrest from them but all my charges are dismiss so i waited 6 months to reapply this was in 07. the first sgt told the recruiters not to talk to me so i went and travel 2 hours away to another recruiter. i pass the physical for them lost weight and cut my hair cause i had braids. now they told me i need a moral waivers cause the charges they had in questions were dismiss. what else can i do i am a security officer. i thought you were innocent till pr oven guilty or is it the other way round. how can my country do this to me i had spent 7 out of my ten years as a e4 in the national guard

Sounds like you were arrested for a felony? You are obviously disqualified. I am sure it is not a conspiracy against you. Prior Service is not allowed to have any charges.

Were they dismissed or were they dismissed with other adverse disposition? Basically, were the charges dismissed but with qualifiers such as probation, unsupervised probation, fines, community service, house arrest, etc. If you had anything other than a complete dismissal, then you are considered guilty by the military.
