GO ARMY!!!! you cannot go wrong i joined the army 4 years ago and have met the best friends i could ever ask for. I have been through 2 deployments and still enjoy my job which its not a job anymore its life. i lived in texas and kentucky and leave for germany in the summer take advantage of it its a great lifestyle........ |

I would go to the air force. One reason is in the marines you have to go in sea. in the army you have to be short to use a tank |

my advice to you is to avoid the army! My friend always wanted to be in the army and he HATES it. As far as the navy and air force, do whatever one you'd want to do. Dont pick because of what everyone else is saying |

It all depends on what you are looking to get out of the military.
Marines - If you are hardcore and don't mind being yelled at constantly and having someone else tell you how to live your life. Definitely the closest group in the military. You will have brothers for life.
Army - The second most hardcore of the military. BUT that all depends on the type of job (MOS) you join with. I came in as Human Resources and I have been living nice with a 9-5 job for the past 3 years. I also know infantry guys who have been to Iraq and Afganistan for 3/4 years straight now. The army deploys more than anyone else, but if you play your cards right it can be great.
Airforce - This is the lightest military group. You would have plenty of time to do school, and it will almost be as if you aren't even in the military most of the time. If you aren't looking to do the hardcore stuff, go airforce. |

I would go Air Force. There life is easier then the Army or Marines. They are treated better over all. The promotions in the AF may be slower but life is much better in most cases. You can be stuck at some God forsaken place since the AF does have many small bases. If you go Army or Marines you will be deployed often and the war zone is not a great place to be. The Air Force of course does its share but in most cases are not on the ground fighting in fox holes or from building to building. |

Go into the air force. You will be alot more likely to get a job in the civilian world learning from air force school / training. |

well the airforce has the sweet cushy jobs with good pay.. I knew a recruiter outta the air force, awesome guy and he would tell ya.. We used to laugh bout the guys over there in the sandbox cuz you honestly know what most their days consisted of? (depends on job selection of course) would be flying predator drones, in air conditoned trailers, playing xbox.. he ain't the only one I heard it from either so the air force can be quite nice.. lol.. And we were both pretty good friends so no B/S about it.. =) |

if you want to fly fighters go marines because chances are in the airforce you will fly cargo or radio controlled planes. but most people in the air force are considered smarter and higher class than other military branches and require intellectual jobs. |

You should rule out Marines since you do not have the heart for the corps already. Join the Air Force, I hear it's very easy past the actual getting in part. |
