my benefits from the Navy If I decide I have had enough stupidity and quit?

NO they cannot. The VA determines your benefits. If you paid into the GI Bill in your first enlistment and served honorably your first enlistment (honorable discharge or were allowed to re-enlist), you will more than likely get your GI Bill.

People should really read the requirements for these things before answering out of ignorance.

In short yes. Your current contract and military service effectively "trumps" any prior service; Like if you had an Honorable Discharge from the Air Force then joined the Navy and received a BCD that's what you have a BCD.

yes. your current contract is the valid one and all future benefits are tied to it. that means if you get anything besides an Honroable Discharge from the NG, there goes ALL your VA benefits.

Your enlistment in the NG is the same as
on Active Duty in the Navy...
You screw up you lose it all...

Honestly what did you expect...
Going from an Active Duty Professional Service
to the "Boy Scouts"...

the Boy Scouts, at least they have Adult Leadership...
