I do 8 pull ups, 75 crunches and run a mile and a half in 13:14 am I "workable"

The ideal area would be 100 crunches, 100 push ups with good form, under 10:00 for a 1.5 mile run, and 20 pull ups.
Strive to achieve this and yoll do great on all of your PFT.

For the beginning of boot camp you'd be fine except for you're run. I'm a female and I ran at 12:13 for my 11/2 mile. 100 is the best you can get on crunches anyway and the standard is lower to start. Just push when you run, dig deep and find your heart. |

You are fine. It's 4 or less pull ups, 60 crunches, and 13:30 run time. You will do fine. But I would keep working on it if I were you. |

If you can push it to 100 crunches, then you're fine b/c they make you do 100. Try increasing your pull ups to about 20, that's about their range. Your run is great. Just work on your crunches and pull ups. Don't forget the push ups, they're important too. |
