Talk to a former wrestler. your gonna have to just cut weight, no time to lose it properly. Lots of exercise, only eat ruffage, and watch your water intake. It is kind of an art so get help from someone who has done it before.

This wont be easy, but you need to eat only tuna fish, baked chicken breast, and vegtables for the next 6 days, drink only water, and sit in a sauna room for an hour every day.
I cant stress this enough YOU HAVE TO DRINK PLENTY OF WATER or you will become dehydrated.
It is just that simple, I have done it. This is how boxers and wrestlers quickly drop wieght in order to compete in a lighter wieght class.

Run like crazy. My husband is running a mile and a half every night to prepare for basic training and the weight is just falling off him. And drink lots of water no soda
