i was in the navy and got an re4 this bars you from reenlistment. can i lie and them not find out?

Hey you can ask for a administrative hearing .Then they may upgrade your reenlistment code .Then you can go in the Army.

Only if you can get an entirely different ID; including a fake SSN other documents you could not fake unless you knew someone that could hack into the government (not going to happen). Otherwise, they will find out at MEPS that you are prior service and that you are barred from enlistment. At that point; not only will you not get in; but then you will be facing fraudulent enlistment charges.

You lie and they will find out, sooner or later.

The different branches do communicate with each other. If for some reason they do not initially find out about your bar from reenlistment and they find out about it later you will be punishable under UCMJ.

This is regardless of if your Navy bar prevents an Army enlistment (which may not be the case).
