I was honorably discharged from the AF in 2000 with a 2x code.?

I am wondering can i get this appealed as i am looking to reenlist into the army. The army said i could reenlist with a waiver but they are not taking waivered reenlisted people right now. How or can i appeal this?

the only way is to prove the discharge code was given in error.

Besides, right now, the ONLY way PS are getting into the Army is if they can go DIRECTLY into an undermanned MOS with NO training.
