if it did, i might have overread it and checked no and since i have two chipped teeth that have been fixed do i need to worry. i also have another question my mother says i have a tiny scar on the top of my head from when i was a child will i have to tell them that? Right now i am in the dep program and dont ship till later this year

I just want to know if it was on the sheet or not because when i am on a base and i go to the dentist i don't want to recieve a discharge for a minor filling from when i was a child i really want to serve my country.

Chipped teeth don't matter as most people have multiple fillings.
As for the scar, unless its massive or a surgical scar it shouldn't matter as most kids hit their heads at some point. They only really care about things like the 60+ stitches you had when the neighbour's dog tried to eat your foot or something equally obvious like a scar from an appendectomy. |

The only thing I remember it asking is if you had any severe dental diseases. I think they mean things beyond cavities and chipped teeth. Believe me, my teeth are jacked and when the doctor looked at mine he didn't say anything about it. |

i just went thrue meps and all thy did is make open my mouth and the guy looked in barley
the scar is a non issue
un less it is huge and thar was Internal damage
meps sux it takes for eaver
don't sign any thing that day wat tell the next day it will save you
from bad terms or a longer contract than you want (or shorter) |
