No you need an honorable discharge.

NO. look at your discharge. BAD CONDUCT discharge. that means that you have no military bennies.

Getting ANYTHING besides a Good conduct discharge you d/q you from ANYTHING the military once promised, no health, no VA, no Gi Bills, nada.

No Job that requires a Background/Security Check...

if you are not in on 1 August you cannot transfer to the new Bill and a BCD you forfeit all rights anyway so even if you were you still wouldn't be able to get it.

they do not give out the Big Chicken Dinner lightly.

I would assume you would get a general discharge under other than honorable conditions. If that is the case, you get squat.

If you manage to squeek by with a general discharge under honorable conditions then you get veteran benefits.
