You can't fix him all you can fix is you. The question you need to ask is what led both of you to that point, and if he is your NCO what can you do so that it doesn't happen again. The real reason I am answering this though is to recommend that you use your tuition assistance money and take an English grammar class. I am not saying this to be funny, I am saying it because your grammar is atrocious. Help yourself become a better soldier. Communication both written and oral will help you to get your point across better in the future. If you end up pressing charges because your NCO is in the wrong, your command will take you much more serious if you sound articulate.

Its hard to fight your chain of command your going to need to log events and try to get witnesses or other evidence i suggest using a voice recorder. once you collect a shred of evidence notify IG (inspector general) and continue to collect evidence! If you have sufficient evidence IG will take good care of you. Good luck!

first of all you volunteered so what ever he tells get over it, you were not drafted. if you want to be a hero do what heros do and do what they are told, like it or not your job is now to follow orders no matter what they are no, matter what they say you removed your decision making previleiges, do your damn job or stop earning my paycheck

What are you going to do when the enemy talks to you crazy and wants to fight, are you going to file a complaint then too? Maybe learn to deal with those types of pressure are preparing you for even more pressure to come. You didn't say he was beating you or stealing from you...in fact you didn't say much....correctly that is. You do what your rank can handle how about that!

you can fight or back down. most likely if you talk to your CO. he will tell you to work it out or if write a complaint he will throw it out and leave you and the nco in a room together. learn fast that to work as a unit everyone has aplace and they stay in it and get along and always cover for each other no trouble starts from inside the unit.
