That's too far fetched. If the U.N. isn't able to resolve this through diplomacy, the more likely result would be that the U.S. or Israel would hit Iranian nuclear facilities with a missile strike.

I think it would be the worst possible mistake his administration could make. Expect to see oil go to 300.00 a barrel, oil tankers lost in the gulf, massive unemployement here in the US and if you think we are in a rough situation in Iraq, its a cupcake today compared to what it will be like after we use atomics in Iran.

It might be the death knell of the GOP here at home for getting us into this mess.

There is no way President Bush could throw a nuclear weapon that far.
if he could that would be the best performance ever.
Anyway he has Planes and submarines for that job.
well if a tactical strike is on the cards for Iran they would be in no shape to retaliate.
All those peace loving Muslims would suddenly appear and start mass suicide bombings in the USA.
Pakistan and North Korea Might try and take advantage of the Chaos that would be in the USA at that time.
India would probably launch their own attack on Pakistan. China and Russia sit back and laugh their balls off.
While the USA fire a few salvo's at North Korea.
Cuba will invade Miami.
The European Nations Will call a meeting.
Israel will get rid of the Palestinians once and for all.
and launch a few more missiles in the general direction of Syria.
South America will take a Siesta.

China and Russia certainly won't attack us. There are too many economic interests that don't allow something like that. However, you would face a massive revolt of the world's muslim population. You would see terrorist training camps and fanatical jihadi schools pop up everywhere with a massive influx of recruits. A massive terrorist campaign all over the world would definitely be in order. Also, the United States would lose major support from our allies. You would also see political turmoil in the US.
