I got a call saying that an investigator is coming to talk to me, but from all I know, I do not need any sort of security clearance for my MOS

It doesn't matter if you need a security clearance or not. If you're a poolee, then you haven't even started the application process for a clearance. It may be that they found a "flag" on your documentation or application (ie large sum of debt, foreign trip, etc) and want to ask you about it. Don't worry, usually it's a couple of questions and if you have nothing to hide, you're in the clear. Good luck and Semper Fi. |

It could be something they found on a standard background check. Also, keep in mind you are NOT a 0311 nor have you been guaranteed that MOS. You are signed up as an 03XX. |
