from experiance; when you go to MEPS, get it in writing, the AF is good about not tricking you when it comes to your MO (mission objective). |

You will get to attend the Tech School for the job you signed up for.
They do not guarentee you will pass the Tech School, thats is up to you.
If you pass Tech School you will be assigned for that job.
If you fail Tech School, then they will move you to another job of thier choice. |

Not necessarily, they give you an IQ Test upon entry and they usually place you in the job where you already have the most aptitude. |

if you go in with a gaurentteed AFSC (Air Force Specilization Code) then yes you will. If not, you still have a chance, it just depends on the needs of the AF |

I've heard of people going through AF basic and still not having a job. you can definately get screwed, make sure to get whatever they are promising you, in writing. |

once you get to MEPS you're likely to get screwed, everybody wants to be a pilot or intelligence operative but a very small percentage of the Air Force are these things mostly due to qualification, you think the wash attendants and cooks entered the AF to do that? |
