Don't try....its not worth it. You will get in more trouble than you know. How much time do you have left? Remember this, you are not the first person to think about doing this. You stand the chance of getting kicked out dishonorably...which will ruin the rest of your life. Don't take the chance. You have chosen to do something that many Americans will never volunteer to do, be proud of that and finish your service.

You can no longer be kicked out of the army for "acting" or even actually being gay.
This is not a condition for getting a discharge, sorry. |

They would probably want some evidence...and doesn't that get you a dishonorable discharge? I understand that having a dishonorable on your record can make things difficult as a civilian. |

We had a soldier try that stunt in our unit ..once word got out(and it will).he was taken care of, and it was not pretty by any means.

Very Stupid thing to do. You'll get a less than honorable discharge which will haunt you forever. Thinking about getting a federally funded school loan...forget it. Thinking about joining any federal or state level employment...forget it. Many employers will not even look twice at you if you have a less than honorable discharge. I ask for copies of DD214's from everyone.
