If in the military and called for court what happens?

ok so if someone lives in one state and goes to another state to be in the military but someone has a injunction for protection against them and they get called to go to court what happens? Will they take leave to go to court?

okay - so person A is in Ohio and has a protection order against person B who has joined the military and is at a base in Texas. When the court hearing comes up in Ohio on the order, does B have to leave Texas to return? Is that your question?

B needs to talk to his Shirt (First Sgt) pronto and then probably the JAG office. While they would not represent him in a civilian matter, there are laws governing his availability. B might also want to consider consulting an attorney in Ohio regarding that matter.

Well first He would be in serous trouble
with the Military as you can not enlist
while there is any unresolved Legal complaints...

Guess it's one way of getting back
at an old Boy Friend...???

If it were in fact true...he would have been arrested...
and would have not been able to even join the Military.
