There won't be another civil war, and if there were, the U.S. Military would back the U.S. Military and disarm all the citizens committing treason and jail them.

The US Military did not back Left or Right during the War of Northern Aggression. I do recall the winner giving the conflict a different name.
Were anyone foolish enough to do another Jeff' Davis stunt against the USA it is likely the US Military will find that Shrinking Violet again clad in women's clothing as disguise for ill-fated cross-country escape. It
seems unlikely to believe American Armed Forces would renounce a
sworn oath but the military maintains institutions for those who do.

LOL I wondered this while Bush was president and all the lefties were saying he was a dictator. I thought "well if he is and wanted to stage a coupe, he has over 75% of the military vote".

Guess what lefties? He didn't, and you all thought he would.

If there was a Civil War, chances are there would be a lot of AWOLs, because if Obama was the Commander In Chief and he was ordering 75% of the military to fight against people they have political and ideological ties to, they'd leave. So, the "military" would be on Obama's side, because only his supporters would still be in it.

Thank God we still have the right to bear arms... for now. This is why we need so called "assault rifles" in the hands of ordinary law abiding citizens... to protect ourselves from an oppressive government, should the time arise, God forbid. We need nearly equal fire power; this is the whole reason for the 2nd amendment - to keep the government in check forcably if necessary. To have a government more powerful than its people is tyranny.

If there was a civil war it would be the tyrannical government vs. the people their supposed to work for. Its not a Left Right issue. Its a tyranny vs. freedom/liberty issue.

If there was, it would back the US government (since that is what controls it), which is controlled by the left at the moment.

Can I just ask who the right-wingnut talking head is who keeps going on about a new civil war because almost the same stupid questions keep getting asked every day around here. I know from experience these questions are rarely original and are usually copped verbatim from some TV or radio moron.
