Interesting. Because we would have to assume that Germany had the same technology. So since they started everything, I would say London and Stalingrad would have been taken out immediately, so they would have neutralized their two biggest problems right there.

With both sides having nuclear weapons, it may destroy the planet as we know it. If no nuclear weapons are used, Russia and the U.S. defeat Germany in 1 year. Russia's military back then was poorly manned and armed. Now they have a lot more weapons.

I don't think that technology would make as much of a change as having our current media. Can you imagine the media keeping D-Day a secret now, like they did then? The Germans would have been lying in wait and slaughtered us instead of the victorious surprise that is was.
The bombing raids would have read as countless women and children being slaughtered and every military move would have been questioned in the press just as it is now. We would not be allowed to call it The Axis of Evil because that would be demeaning.

Depends who had it. If the Germans had, maybe. If the Russians had (I Don't want to think about that), it's highly possible they would be Franceistan now. The Russians would have won. The Atlantic is a wide ocean and vulnerable to being attacked by high tech weapons. No place to hide.

Liberal Americans would give our enemies all of our advanced weapons "to make it fair", and America would lose. The only good part is the liberal traitors would all be dead.

Most people would be dead in an all out nuclear conflict. I don't think this will happen but if Iran gets the bomb many people will have to die. Millions and millions.
