They should lower the drinking age to 18. |

Yes. |

Yes...Once you are of the age of legal consent, and are considered an adult, you should be treated as such and held (socially) to adult standards. This includes the purchase and consumption of alcohol. |

Yes if you can bleed on the battle field you should be able to have a beer. You become an adult at 18 , but you cant drink a beer, that's stupid. |

Hell Yes, they risk their lives, they seen combat, they deserve a beer or two. One life, live it. |

If you are a member of the United States Military, I believe that you should be able to have a beer: YES
If you are not of legal age for consumption of alcohol and NOT in the US Military: NO
(Didn't you ask this LAST night??) |

Absolutely. If your old enough to die for your country, you should be old enough to have a beer. As a veteran, I think that it should at least be aloud on military base bars. |

Go ahead, have one. I don't have a problem with it. |

In the moral sense, yes. I think that it is only right
The law is 21. Just because you are in the military isn't any reason that you should be able to drink. |
|

Bravo Golf

no. did you know that the reason the law in america is 21 is because scientist proved that your brain stops growing when your 21.
and america is the only country in the world that has a legal drinking age of 21. other countries are less than 21 or none at all |

Young people are recruited for the military because they still think they are immortal. That is the same reason they cannot have a beer. |
|

Ross

No, I think the age was raised to 21 to make it more difficult for teenagers and young adults from making spur of the moment bad judgments about drinking that are influenced by peer pressure and that could potentially destroy the young person's life in addition to others. Maybe the Enlistment or at least Deployment age should also be raised to 21. Anyway, I don't see why this is a problem. I drink as much Diet A & W Root Beer as I want! |
