you don't./ even when the Army WAS granting waivers( and currently they are NOT) seldom if ever was a failure to Adjust discharge ever waivered back in.

nope, no more els waivers are going to be given by the army until at least fy 2011, ( oct 1 2010)

if u dont adjust the first time around you probably wont the second time. the waiting period for everything in the military seems to be 6 months so id have to agree with that.

I agree with Joseph in that nobody who needs a waiver is getting in this time. The reason is that there are plenty of folks signing on who have spotless records, so the Army will take them before taking a chance on someone who needs a wiaver. Once the Army is hurting for folks to join, then at that time folks who need waivers will be considered.

i think six months but you have to get a waiver.

You can never re-enlist...
You had your chance and blew it...

They will not issue any Waivers for it...
There ain't no Do Overs in the Military...
