I'm in the military, and if I didn't have to abide by the Geneva Convention that laid out the International Law of Armed Conflict, I'd torture him and let him feel pain for each and every American death he is responsible for. Then I'd let the courts have him, and let him die that way. The whole American society has the right to watch him die!

Assuming he is lone, as a semi pro fighter, I would beat the hell out of him with my bare hands just to torture him throughly. Then I would strip him naked and rip his clothes into stripes so I can tie him up and drag him to nearest USA embassay or military base. Then I would use moneys to put four of my friends in West Point through the college, take out only 1 million for myself. I would use rest of the moneys to travel around the world to provide morale support to american soliders and take them out for dinner and do stuff and send their families moneys if they need it.
