BAH w/dependents you will only receive when you are AD that means when you first enter and go to Basic and then AIT schooling. You might get a prorated amount when you are doing your 2 weeks a year, but normally you will get it when you are activated for longer than 30 days. The BAH will be based on the zip code you are residing at when you are activated. Other than that you will not get it, you will not have the full Tricare coverage, etc... unless you are going to be a Full Time ARNG in which that is different because you are considered a single parent. |

HA ARNG BAH? Right you have got to be kidding me! Even if you are active guard you are still guard it is considered a GS or W position not a military grade position. You do not get paid for housing. if you want that go in active duty. (i wasn't being rude, it was just funny) |
