In order to become a Navy Officer for the reserves, what test is required?

I have a M.B.A, and I would like to join the Navy Reserves, as an officer, and I need to know what is required of me, as far testing and body weight requirements, I’m 24 years old?

there is the standard testing the military does but with you already having a MBA you would be either applying for a direct commission or OCS where the tests are not required for entry. Height and weight tables for the military are online
