Link? I didn't think so, the military would never do such a thing. |

You don't provide a link so I have serious doubts.
And, since I have 2 kids in the military, I'll just ask! Bet I know what they'll say. |

I have attached a link to the FT Hood Chapel services.
Most of them are christian but that is because most Soldiers are Christian. At the bottom you will see this:
"Tuesday 7:30 p.m. Fort Hood Open Circle (Wicca)"
None of these activities are mandatory but they are all Government Sanctioned....
Call the ACLU!!!
Don't worry someone already did and the Military Won! |

You don't say what country you are asking about. It is not true in the US. |

Actually, the last I heard of THIS were some problems at the USAF Academy about two years ago at the hand of a Chaplain... and that was SQUASHED harshly by higher authority.
The FIRST amendment specifically PROHIBITS this, and I seriously doubt your claims.
I served for 15 years, and NEVER had any problems |

Only during the Holiday season would crap like this come out because they want to play it to the max.
There is other questions in here about it including a link to the story and I am a very disappointed that someone who is serving in the military is doing this. As a wife of a man who has served over 17 years in, NEVER during his time in or any place that I have been to, have I seen the military push religion on anyone.
So what that a book is being sold at AAFES that someone doesn't like. They don't carry the brand of ketchup I like does that mean I am going to sue them? No, it just means I will go somewhere else. If you don't like it then just walk away from it. I guess then that this person doesn't want to use the MWR stuff that the AAFES is helping to do, including from the sale of that book in question. Like the movie theater, bowling alley, reduced attraction tickets, etc... |

Where do you get this insane idea? |

Hate America First; If you believe such nonsense you demonstrate the levels which we have all sunk. America is a nation based on the Freedom of Religion, no agency of this government would dare such a move and that you believe this indicates how sorely lacking your education of our rights happens to be. |

Not in my Army. Go back to your World of Warcraft and quit spreading slander about my Army.
Here's the deal. In the Army, you can have meeting all you want, but you have to invite everyone. My guess is that that numb-nuts decided to have a meeting of Atheists and non-Christians, and had no intentions of inviting the Christians. That makes it discrimination, per Army policy (but no one has yet told us that detail). |

I don't believe it.
We only have to look at your previous questions to recognize that you have ulterior motives when asking such a question. |

Anybody in or around the military right now that is a different religion or is a atheist is just waiting for a reason to fry the military for something like that now maybe some one high ranking could do something like that but trust me it would not last for long |

RI-I-I-I-I-I-GHT. This is the same military that recently reprimanded a Navy Chaplain and sent him ashore just for uttering the name "Jesus Christ" in a prayer?
Go find some other stupid thing to troll about, loser. |
